End tag does not mean a parse error?

description

I tried this and got "no errors":

Note the first <p> tag does not have an ending tag!

string htmlPuro = @"<p>Dear Sir / Madam,
<p> <b>{NameSite}</b> (<a href=""{LinkSite}"">{LinkSite}</a>) reports: </p> <p>Your current balance is {AccountBalance} lower than expected of {AccountDownBalance} </p> <br />
<p>Yours sincerely,</p> <br />
{NameSite}
<br />
<a href=""{LinkSite}"">{LinkSite}</a>
<br />
[#Selo#]";

HtmlDocument doc = new HtmlDocument();
doc.LoadHtml(htmlPuro);

doc.ParseErrors.Count() == 0
