Currently project with referencing HtmlAgilityPack.v1.4.9.4 can not pass "Windows App Certification Kit" with error message

Debug configuration
•Error Found: The debug configuration test detected the following errors:◦The binary HtmlAgilityPack.dll is built in debug mode.
•Impact if not fixed: Windows Store doesn’t allow a debug version of an app.
•How to fix: Please make sure the app isn’t linking to any debug versions of a framework and it is built with release configuration with optimization enabled. If this is a managed app please make sure you have installed the correct version of .NET framework.

Please, verify that dlls deployed to nuget are assembled in the 'release' configuration.

only passed certification v1.4.9.2
which has "NetCore45\HtmlAgilityPack.dll" marked as
[assembly: Debuggable(DebuggableAttribute.DebuggingModes.IgnoreSymbolStoreSequencePoints)]
other versions can not pass certification : (

A new version i out, maybe the issue is fixed now? The problem is the Visual Studio Certification toolkit does not see it as Debug and says it Passed the test but the Dev Center sees it and my apps fails to certify. I switched back to version because of this.

on v1.4.9.5 certification passed without any issues.
i think this 'work item' can be closed.
