Patch for supporting Proxys

description

I have patched HtmlWeb.cs to support proxies without changing the existing interfaces and adding new ones. Please integrate this into the base code.

OK - I made a few more tweaks to support a non-authorizing proxy also. Please use this version

I had also made a similar change in a former version. That would be nice to see that updated.

Excellent. It even added a feature I wanted - the use of Credentials. Believe it or not, that eliminates a couple of exceptions on one particular server that gives me fits... I was not looking forward to making that modification myself. Thanks vivekv!

BTW, to other developers, you'll want to download the lowercase attachment. That's the latest one.

I have integrated this into the current code base and it will be included in the next release
